As a collective, The Guild lovingly stewards a large portion of the Heterocera mountain range We work closely with our neighbors to maintain beautiful and immersive public spaces at ground level and luxury skybox homes high above the mountains - designed specifically for residents who value space, privacy, and flexibility.
Guild Skyboxes are ideal for anyone who wants a beautiful, but affordable skybox with lots of prims. Our units are ideal for machinima creators, builders, designers, roleplayers, and artists who want a sky home and access to large, uninterrupted studio space.

We offer the ‘double prim’ deal that Bay City residents get with their land, giving you more creative capacity than standard parcels at comparable prices.

We offer many different different skybox styles, all with an advanced control panel allowing the selection from over 100 different scenery and environment options. The high-altitude placement of each unit not only reduces lag but also provides maximum privacy and minimal disruption.

All skybox renters receive access to multiple Guild Studios shared creative spaces with large prim counts available for personal projects, filming, set-building, and collaborative work.. This provides additional flexibility beyond your personal skybox and the massive sprawling public spaces below.
Driving enthusiasts enjoy immediate access to the Route 6 Skyway, connection many mainland highways over the mountain through a series of ‘sky lifts’. Residents with rez rights can rez a car anywhere and start driving immediately from this central part of Heterocera.

All residents of The Guild have access to spacious studio areas designed for building, crafting, and creative expression. Members use their exclusive access to schedule time inside any of our massive studios (with even larger prim counts), giving them time to create in clean open space.

Guild members can showcase their art and creations in our photography space - a community hub for exhibitions, installations, and visual storytelling.
Our on staff curator works with Guild members to display works in a small portion of each event, showcasing your talents in one of the four quarterly exhibitions.
