Best of SLVCG Nominee: Best Short Film
Bay City Studios is proud to announce that Episode 5 of NAMARA has been officially nominated for Best Short Film at this year’s SLVCG Awards.
NAMARA is an original machinima series created in Second Life, blending fantasy storytelling, cinematic world-building, and virtual performance. Episode 5 represents a major creative milestone for the team, showcasing refined visuals, emotional character beats, and an ambitious narrative scope within the short-film format.
“We’re incredibly honored to be included alongside so many talented creators,” said the Bay City Studios team. “This nomination means a great deal to us and to everyone who has contributed time, talent, and passion to bringing NAMARA to life. Our actors and actresses are the best, and we wouldn’t have been able to bring it to life without them.”
The nomination appears in the official SLVCG Awards nomination reel, with NAMARA – Episode 5 featured in the Best Short Film category.
